AmCham's next networking event will be a dim sum feast for those attending. Luu Meng recently joined Ambassador Todd on the Reverse Trade Mission to the USA. While over there, he talked about how to make more Americans aware of his restaurant in Phnom Penh and how to make dim sums. The next networking event will be held at Yi Sang Chaktomuk on Sisowath Quay where there will be a brief demonstration at 6pm on how to make dim sums and their ingredients. The event takes place on September 11, between 6pm and 8.30pm. Tickets are $12 for members, $17 for non-members and $20 for walk-ins. RSVP to admin@amchamcambodia.net before September 6.
