RHB Bank (Cambodia) Plc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of RHB Bank Berhad, a public limited liability company incorporated in Malaysia, with its ultimate holding company being RHB Banking Group.
Established on July 9, 2008, the bank was offiically registered with the Ministry of Commerce (registration number 00001812) and granted a banking license by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) on October 3, 2008.
On January 31 2020, the bank officially changed its name to RHB Bank (Cambodia) Plc.
The bank is a commercial bank and operates under the Cambodian Law on Commercial Enterprises and the regulations of the NBC.
